The terms for using this site.

1. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the public Supreme Scaling website at supremescaling.com. They apply from the moment you use the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

2. What this site is

This site describes what Supreme Scaling does and lets you apply for a consultation. It is information and an application form. It is not the platform, and it does not give you the platform.

3. The consultation form, and what anything would cost

Sending the form creates a request for a person to review. It does not create an account, give you access to anything, start a subscription, or form a contract for services. An answer may be a fit call, or an honest "not right now." Setting up a customer happens later, by hand, and only after a conversation confirms the fit.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. An Order Form sets out what you would pay, what it covers, and when it starts. We prepare that form for you after a conversation. You see the terms in writing, in full, before you sign anything.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by that Order Form and the Terms of Service attached to it. There is no charge of any kind for using this website.

4. Using the site, and when we can block it

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else, or send false or automated form entries. We limit each source to five submissions every ten minutes, and we may refuse or block use that threatens the site or anyone using it.

These terms apply for as long as you use the site. You can stop using it at any time, and that ends them for you. Blocking your access to this website does not by itself affect any separate agreement you have signed with us.

5. What belongs to whom

The content, design, code, and marks on this site belong to Supreme Scaling LLC or to the people who license them to us. You may read the site and share a link to it. You may not copy it, republish it, or use it to build a competing product.

6. Numbers on this site

Every figure on this site is a result we have already measured. The source is a real business or the product itself. A figure describes what has happened, not what will happen for you, and it is not a typical result. Nothing on this site is a promise of an outcome, and nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, employment, or professional advice.

7. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We also do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at every moment.

8. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, Supreme Scaling LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this website. This section covers this website only. If you become a customer, the Terms of Service set the limits that govern the platform, and they replace this section for anything to do with the platform.

9. Governing law

New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website goes to the state or federal courts in New Jersey. Supreme Scaling LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company, and that is the reason.

10. Your data

Our privacy notice→ sets out what we collect on this site and what we do with your details. The notice also tells you how to get your data back or deleted. That notice governs. These terms leave that notice unchanged.
